ZR Learning is the official online learning platform by Zero Regrets Pty Ltd. Our website address is: www.zeroregrets.co.za. We provide learners aged 13 and up with engaging, interactive educational content to support academic growth and personal development.

Cooling-Off Period (ECTA Compliance)

  • Learners have the right to cancel their subscription within 7 calendar days of signing up – no questions asked, no penalty.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 30 working days of the cancellation request.
  • The learner must notify us in writing (via email or contact form) to cancel.

Subscription Refunds & Cancellations

  • Monthly subscribers may cancel anytime through their dashboard; access remains active until the end of that billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
  • Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled within the initial 7-day window only. After that, cancellations are accepted – but subscription fees are non-refundable.

Non-Delivery or Quality Issues

  • If for any reason ZR Learning fails to deliver the promised service (e.g. technical failure, inaccessible content), you have the right to a pro-rata refund or an equivalent period of access.
  • Please report issues promptly so we can resolve them.

No Change-of-Heart Refunds

  • As a digital service, we typically do not offer refunds for “change of mind” after the 7-day cancellation period expires, except in cases of non-delivery or service failure.

Consumer Rights under CPA

  • Where applicable, if our services do not meet the description or purpose agreed upon, learners may request a refund or an alternative remedy (including platform fixes or access changes).
  • Refunds may be requested in cash, credit, or voucher, depending on the learner’s preference.

  • Please include account details, subscription type, and reason for the request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

Policy Updates & Disclosures

  • We may update this policy from time to time. Any substantial changes will be highlighted on our website and, where appropriate, notified via email.
  • This refund policy is part of our broader Terms & Conditions and aligns with South African consumer law.
